Grease cleanup
This restaurant had a fire in the kitchen which spread to the ductwork in the ceiling. The hood cleaning company that was servicing this location could not get the grease buildup out of the horizontal duct work above the hood, which allowed the fire to spread. Bryan Exhaust Service was called in to do the cleanup so the restaurant could open.
