Cleaning a Restaurant Hood in Pasadena

This is the process we used to clean a restaurant kitchen exhaust hood in Pasadena last week. We use a machine that turns the degreasing chemical into a foam that will dwell on the kitchen hood and break down any grease or oily residue.
