Certain types of cooking can create grease that will form stalactites in the kitchen exhaust if it isn’t cleaned on a regular basis.
This Alhambra restaurant had not had a proper hood cleaning in many years and this was what their grease duct looked like.
Luckily they gave us a call and we were able to clean it up for them.
