Here is an initial restorative cleaning we performed on a restaurant kitchen exhaust hood system in Duarte last week.
The exhaust system was clogged with dirty smelly grease, causing a reduced airflow in the kitchen. After the removal of the disgusting grease, the kitchen was cooler and the kitchen staff were much happier.
